I would like to introduce a managing agent that has been around since 1999 but operating in Portshepstone KZN, and Queenstown Eastern Cape. Sinenjongo Prperties is a company owned by a developed business man and engineer Mr. Vuba who has been in the business industry for quite some time.
Sinenjongo Properties would like to offer its services especially in the East Rand which is a place that we want to be part and parcel of. Our services include general management of the building / complex including issuing of statements and levy rolls, drafting employment contracts for staff and lease agreement, monitor rental collection and assist in the maintenance of buildings.
